I can’t believe it. I just got back from seeing him…and it didn’t go well. In fact, he broke up with me. I don’t know what to do.

OMG…I’m so sorry. Are you okay? Ugh. Breakups suck.

Not really. It feels like someone stabbed me in the chest and the back at the same time. I feel so lost. I have no idea how to even begin moving on. 

I hear you. When I was going through my breakup last year, I thought I’d never get over it. So I decided to buy this book to help me figure it out, and it actually helped a lot.

Thanks…I feel so overwhelmed at the thought of even trying to move on.
