Howdy y’all!

…Ok, I don’t really talk like that but it seemed appropriate being a Southern girl living in the wild west! My name is Samantha (after the show Bewitched if there are any vintage TV show lovers in the crowd), and I’m from all over the east coast (mostly Florida and Virginia) and currently live in Colorado.

Here’s my little story. My parents divorced when I was little and I spent my childhood living with my dad and visiting my mom. Both of my parents got remarried and had more children, and while I love my step-parents and half siblings, navigating life between two parents can be pretty tricky business. At least it comes with two Christmases, amiright?

I narrowly escaped with my life and diploma from a very high pressure, achievement and status obsessed high school—OMG did I need a Blush coach then. Luckily I was very involved my church, leading small groups for girls and working as a camp counselor. I also was introduced to psychology, so I am very grateful for that!

I swapped out law for counseling, and never looked back. But instead of going down the traditional career route…life happened! I got married to the love of my life, and right after I finished grad school, I had my first baby. I put my career ambitions on hold to stay home with my sweet babies (I have three of them! Two boys and a girl!), and I’ll tell you what, that adjustment from hot little lady to mom is a tough one. If you’re there, I feel for you, girl. I also am an advisor for a local chapter of a sorority and love it. College girls, you are seriously ze best.

As a Blush coach, I am here to help you get through a tough time, or to turn a good thing into an excellent one. I encourage, empathize, and can advise you on areas ranging from body image, to friendship conflicts, to family dynamics. Over the years I have worked with teens and twenty-somethings and absolutely love that age, but I’m also here for any new moms out there! It’s a crazy time, and I’ll be there with you every step of the way.

I’m so happy you found us, and I can’t wait to help you adjust to a life change, to find your purpose, and so much more.
