“Love what you have, change what you have control over, and let go of the things that are weighing you down.”
Hi there! My name is Catalina Osorio. I live in the wonderful sunshine state of Florida. I was born in Colombia but have lived in the U.S. since I was 2 years old. I speak Spanish fluently and am learning French. I find great joy in writing, dancing, and being with my family.
A little bit about me…
My mother passed away from colon cancer when I was only five years old, while my brother was also battling cancer. Though my mother did pass, my brother eventually did recover. Going through such a tragic experience created a lot of insecurity for me at a young age. I had to work extremely hard to find myself.
I know what it feels like to work on building confidence and self-esteem. And if I can do it – so can you! I encourage lots of positivity, self-love and care, and believe that happiness is a choice. My mantra is “Live life for YOU and not by what others expect from you.” I believe it is essential to keep a healthy mind, body, and soul to achieve balance and happiness.
I typically use cognitive behavioral approaches to help change the way a client thinks about their problems and guide them into a different mindset. I have seen firsthand how powerful this can be. Switching the way we see a problem gives us control over the situation and puts things into perspective to allow us to move forward. That’s what I want to do for you!
Remember that we all have a purpose in life. Let me help you discover yours. Let’s work together to get unstuck and start living your best life!
