At Blush, online life coaching is a combination of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy techniques, Adlerian encouragement, and Solution Focused Brief methods in order to help our clients feel motivated, inspired, centered and focused. We believe that talking things out, brainstorming solutions, and tracking progress through homework is the key to making a change. Through personal one on one thirty minute video sessions or journal entries, Blush coaches help clients find actual concrete steps to find clarity and direction in life. It’s hard enough figuring out the next step by ourselves – so why not get the help of an expert?
